Work Report may collect your name, email address, authentication details provided by your sign-in method, report entries, reminder settings, exported backup content, and device-level app usage data required to keep the service operational.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• authenticate your account and keep your session active across supported devices
• store and sync your reports, reminder settings, and related work records
• support offline-first app behavior using local device storage until sync is available
• generate backups, exports, and shareable report views when you request them
• improve app stability, security, and reliability

3. Storage and sync

Report data may be stored locally on your device for offline access and queued sync. When internet access is available and your account is authenticated, queued changes may sync to the cloud database. Backups exported by you may also be stored in the device location you select.

4. Third-party services

Work Report may use third-party infrastructure and authentication providers such as Supabase, Firebase hosting, and Google sign-in to deliver account access, hosting, and cloud sync. Those providers may process data according to their own privacy terms.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your report data. Data may only be shared with service providers necessary to operate the product, comply with legal obligations, investigate abuse, or perform actions you explicitly request such as backups, exports, or shared links.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account remains active and while needed to operate the service. If you use the in-app delete actions or backup restore tools, your local and synced data may change accordingly. You can request deletion by contacting the product owner through the site domain.
